Mystery man to take up Batman challenge

After residents of Chalfont St Peter called for a Batman style vigilante to help reduce anti-social behaviour in the village one mystery man has pledged to take on the challenge in a video post on Youtube.
The video clip, entitled Becoming Batman: Episode One, sees the mystery man reading a copy of the Buckinghamshire Advertiser and discussing whether he could become the superhero the village craves.
