CH/2009/0191/FA: Part two storey part single storey side/rear extension at Bochym, Lewis Lane for Mr Kris Krokosz.
CH/2009/0192/FA: First floor rear extension, single storey rear extension and alterations to existing dormer window. Garage extension and front storm porch at Haldon, Milton Avenue for Mr David Roberts.
CH/2009/0206/FA: Part two storey, part single storey rear extension, one rear dormer window and a replacement attached garage at Latch End, 18 Latchmoor Avenue for Mr S Butler.
CH/2009/0210/FA: Single storey side extension at 23 Ashlea Road for Mr David Hutchins.
CH/2009/0255/FA: Two storey side extension to south elevation linking dwelling to existing garage, dummy pitched roof, single storey rear extension (amendment to planning permission CH/2008/0019/FA) at 7 Latchmoor Way for Mr And Mrs Twibell.
